Heavy-duty Technology for Europe’s First Hyperloop Test Track
The Technical University of Munich was planning the construction of a European model test track for the Hyperloop – a pioneering high-speed transportation concept. A special solution was needed to safely transport the sensitive capsule to the test site.
- Industry: Mobility research
- Period: 2024
- Location: Taufkirchen near Munich, Germany

Projektumsetzung im Detail
BÜTER Hebetechnik GmbH developed a heavy-duty vehicle that brought the capsule safely to the test track. The design was precisely tailored to the dimensions, weight and sensitive components of the Hyperloop capsule. As a special feature, the platform can be moved in all directions with millimeter precision and a cable winch was installed to pull the capsule out of the tube.
