What you should bring
- Completed technical or commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in technical service or after-sales is advantageous
- Knowledge of mechanical and plant engineering
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills, and teamwork capability
Your Responsibilities as a Technical Sales Employee
- Technical support and consulting for our customers after purchase
- Analysis, processing, and documentation of customer inquiries, complaints, and service cases
- Organization of spare parts, repairs, and maintenance
- Preparation of technical reports, instructions, and service documentation
- Support with spare parts management and planning of service assignments
