BÜTER Hebetechnik GmbH has developed aerial work platforms with a special extension in the platform dimensions 1.6 m x 0.85 m, which are mounted on a longitudinally movable support structure. This combination allows workers to be positioned precisely below the roadway – even in difficult weather conditions and with large differences in height. The construction was specially designed for use on the Köhlbrand Bridge.
