Bogie lifting systems are used to inspect, maintain, and repair bogies or bogie frames in the workshop. We have adapted our systems to the working methods and practical requirements in railway workshops. Therefore, our bogie lifting systems for railway technology are not only powerful, but also extremely practical, flexible, and safe. Our bogie lifting systems are primarily used in the rail vehicle industry, but also in other industrial sectors.
We offer two different systems: underfloor units for lifting bogies and overfloor units to lift the frame and rotate it around its longitudinal axis.
The underfloor lifting systems are arranged flush with the hall floor in the lowered position, preventing tripping hazards. The bogies are rolled onto them; an automatic roll-off protection engages during lifting. Thanks to adjustable roller supports, bogies with different axle distances can be lifted. In addition, the roller supports allow the wheelsets of the lifted bogies to be rotated for inspection.
Bogie lifting systems as lifting and rotating devices enable the lifting and rotation of bogies or bogie frames around their longitudinal axis. They can rotate continuously by 360°. The rotary drive has a material-friendly gentle start. The lifting drive of both lifting jacks is precisely synchronized with a master-slave synchronization control. Conveniently, one of the two lifting jacks is mounted on floor rails for mobility, so that the lifting system can be flexibly adapted to different bogies or frames. You can easily pick up the bogies using a crane system or a forklift and secure them with clamping adapters.
Work safety is a top priority for our machines. All supply cables are routed in cable ducts and additionally protected from damage by metal hoses. Both lifting jacks are grounded via ball studs and grounding clamps, so that welding work can be carried out risk-free.
