Our elevated track systems enable fast, ergonomic work both on the underside and on the sides of rail vehicles. In combination with track bridges, flexible wheelset changes and underfloor component changes are possible.
Our wheelset changing systems are perfectly matched to the track systems. Due to an optimized arrangement and number of track bridges, cycling of the rail vehicle can be avoided. Upon request, we also design track systems as measuring tracks according to DIN 27202-10.
Our elevated track systems are used for the maintenance and servicing of rail vehicles: for changing wheelsets, working on underfloor components, inspections, etc.

Features of the Elevated Workshop Tracks
The track supports are mounted by clamping them into foundation holes, which ensures a secure and stable installation. Our optimally designed track supports are equipped with small head plates and slender dimensions to save space and maximize functionality.
Furthermore, the systems are flexibly expandable and offer a variety of additional equipment such as track bridges, side grating platforms, central walkways, and sliding covers. The track bridges are characterized by simple and safe handling, which increases operating comfort.
Additionally, the electrically conductive rail connection ensures efficient traction current return, which optimizes the overall performance of the system.
