Mobile roof work platforms are available as floor-mounted and ceiling-mounted versions. The floor-mounted models can also be used for work on the longitudinal sides of rail vehicles. The roof work platforms consist of two parallel work platforms that seamlessly conform to the vehicle contour via extendable telescopic platforms.

End railings create a fall-proof work area. Safety controls and locking systems ensure safety in the presence of overhead lines. Crane systems can optionally be mounted on the roof work platforms to replace heavy components.

The mobile roof work platforms are used for the maintenance and servicing of rail vehicles: for the maintenance and replacement of pantographs, air conditioning units, and similar components on the vehicle roof. In addition, the roof work platforms are used in the bus industry.
