The roof work platforms consist of two parallel work platforms that seamlessly connect to the vehicle contour (“zero gap”) via extendable telescopic platforms. End railings create a fall-protected work area.
The access doors can be equipped with electrical interlocks and additional locking systems, depending on requirements. We can connect the safety control system to your overhead line control system or operational management system to ensure maximum safety.
Stationary roof work platforms are used in workshops for the maintenance and servicing of rail vehicles or buses. They provide ergonomic access to the roof areas of rail vehicles and buses, especially to pantographs, air conditioning units, and other superstructures.

Mounting: The stationary roof work platforms can be supported by columns from the hall floor, suspended from the hall roof structure, or attached using a secondary support structure.
The roof work platforms are modular in a lightweight steel construction. This design principle allows for roof work platforms that are as light as an aluminum construction but possess the rigidity of a steel construction.
The end fall protection systems are also modular in design, so they can be added or retrofitted later. Our end fall protection systems also offer maximum personal protection.
